Yes, the 17.01.4 and snapshot pages look good.

The Chaos Calmer 15.05 goes to: http://archive.openwrt.org/chaos_calmer/15.05.1/

That didn't work, but perhaps that's because the entire OpenWrt domain is having DNS troubles. (People are on the case...)
