Hi,

pepe2k has been doing a lot of reviewing on github since we started
using it. he has recently proposed some changes to the workflow,
utilizing more of githubs features etc etc. he has also been the driving
force behind the large ar71xx/ramips/... script cleanups.

i would like to propose that we give him commit/voting. i have had him
in my IM for a year now and he is very well aligned with our philosophy
and work style.
