Moving Github issues to our bug-tracker

Hi John -

I've moved 2 issues (#301 -> FS#132 & #305 -> FS#133) to our bug-tracking
system. To do that, I've created an account on Flyspray for that purpose. If
this looks good, I'll keep on going. Capturing comments takes only a little bit
of re-formatting to make it (somewhat) usable.

If you want to join the fun, let's coordinate so we don't create duplicates. The
account is "github-issues" - I'll send you details off-list.
