Scheduled LEDE repository cut-over to gitolite

Hi all -

I'm planning on doing the cut-over tomorrow (3-May) at 23:00 UTC. During that
time the git repositories will be off-line and unavailable. Hopefully, if all
goes as planned, things should be back in less than an hour.

After things are back on-line, repo access via HTTP/S will be read-only. Gitweb
will be as it is now. Full git access as well as gitolite commands and
management will be available via SSH pub-keys only with ACL control. The current
set of pub-keys collected by jow will be in place.

I'll send out full-details tomorrow with the preliminary ACL content and a short
how-to.
