Just wanted to say that Hetzner offers the EX41 which has a newer CPU
(i7-6700 instead of 4770) and double the disk drives (2x4TB instead of
2x2TB) for a bit less monthly price than the EX40! The only downside is
that there is a setup fee of 79€ + VAT... but sometimes they waive the
fee on some months of the year, so watch out for that offer!

Also, if you find a person outside the EU to rent the servers, then
they would not pay VAT on the servers.
