Fourth option in 'make menuconfig' - "Select all packages by default".
 Note that this will only build those packages in $BUILD/package; if
there is a package in the categorized heirarchy under trunk/packages
you want (as opposed to the flat arrangement in the build directory),
you'll need to copy it into the local package directory.
