[OpenWrt-Users] package feed(s) for a git/svn build of kamikaze?

ok, so you build every possible package and cache them yourself.  i
asked this earlier, but is there a single make target to do all that
building?  or do you have to manually go into "make menuconfig" and
select every package after running "make package/symlinks"?  thanks.
