[OpenWrt-Users] how does one use the DUMP feature?

  i've noticed the DUMP environment variable in the makefiles, which
appears to support a debugging pass of the build, rather than an
actual build.  but i've yet to figure out how to use it properly.  can
someone supply an example of its use?  thanks.
