 copying rrd.cgi from /var/lib/rrdcollect to /www/cgi-bin/ still gives a
 404 error on trying to execute it from a browser, so perhaps something
 else is involved. rrd.cgi has mode 755. This is on r10973
 also, a test.html file in /www/cgi-bin gives a 404 error (perhaps because
 it is not a cgi file, but it's odd behaviour).
