 I confirm this problem, started happening when I switched to WPA2.
 Altering the PSK's length didnt do any good; I experience both very slow
 connection speeds and dropped connections (with no way to reauth until I
 walk to a wired connection and issue "wifi" on the box).

 The box is an ASUS WL-500g Premium, with broadcom nas package.
