Disabling Dropbear ssh-rsa support?

Hi,

I’d like to merge an update of Dropbear which adds some post-quantum features[1]. At the current state, the patch also disables support `ssh-rsa` support, which seems like a good thing, however may break compatibility with some existing setups.

Any opinions on how to move forward? We could disable `ssh-rsa` just like that or give a heads up to the users, i.e. via a pinned issue and in the forum.
