Hi Florian,
It's currently manually generated, usually, Felix does it since he
bumps the backports most of the time.
The current version that backports are generated from is here:
https://github.com/nbd168/backports
There are python scripts inside that generate the final tarball.

I guess we should really restart this and move the backports into
OpenWrt org itself.
