[PATCH] ramips: fix build error on Airlink AR670W

The 'KERNEL' is not referenced by other objects, so double '$$' will
cause shell unable to parse the variable 'BLOCKSIZE':
dd ... bs=$(BLOCKSIZE) conv=sync
bash: line 1: BLOCKSIZE: command not found
