we don't ship config in kernels:

 target/linux/generic/config-5.15:# CONFIG_IKCONFIG_PROC is not set

That CI is testing images from
https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/mvebu/cortexa9/ so you can
poke it yourself.
