[PATCH] ramips: add support for TP-Link RE650 v2

Hey,

I'm not quite sure about that to be honest - I only based my knowledge on the fact that the device is pretty much the same as the v1 - hence I copied the specification from it and only changed the facts that I knew changed. How should I go about verifying that it's actually 4T4R or 2T2R?
