[PATCH] realtek: fix ZyXEL initramfs image generation

Installation from OEM on ZyXEL realtek devices is currently broken.  And
I'm getting requests like this:

But I have absolutely no intention of starting up my own forked
distribution...

How about just applying this patch?

This is also required for 21.02.xx.
