[PATCH-21.02] fix bug: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0 (mtk_SOC_eth): Transmit Queue 0 timed out Use flow control or BQL maybe lead to bug. Iperf3 was used for 24 hours, Transmit Queue 0 timed out may occur. example: Server: iperf3 -s Client: iperf3 -c 172.16.10.200 -P 20 -b 50M -t 86400
