Maybe this machine is running a ND proxy or something similar? Without
describing your setup, it's hard to tell.
Btw, you could check on this other machine (the one with the
84:b1:53:b2:b8:b3 MAC address, I assume you have access to it) whether it
really has multiple link-local addresses.
