gstreamer is not available in github packages.
It has to be there first to get your patch accepted.

There are patches for gst1-...-... that has a newer api than the one available in
OpenWrt oldpackages. Most of these build fine
see http://patchwork.openwrt.org/patch/4982/ and later
or the mailing list archive.
