A new Flyspray task has been opened. Details are below.
User who did this - Alexander Bulanov (salsaly4)
Attached to Project - OpenWrt/LEDE Project
Summary - ASUS RT-AC57N wrong wan interface
Task Type - Bug Report
Category - Base system
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To -
Operating System - All
Severity - High
Priority - Very Low
Reported Version - openwrt-21.02
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - After installation LEDE 21.02-rc1 on ASUS RT-AC57N wan interface was assigned to eth0, not eth0.2 as it was on 19.07, thus it cannot obtain an IP address from ISP.
I've tried to copy interface setup from 19.07, as:
config interface 'wan'
option ifname 'eth0.2'
option proto 'dhcp'
config device 'wan_eth0_2_dev'
option name 'eth0.2'
option macaddr '40:b0:76:9d:89:f0'
but it also has not helped.
