Details - Problem occurs with TP-Link u300 USB gigalan device chipset RTL8152 connected to usb 2.0 (not tested on 3.0)
too slow download speed on trunk compiled version and 19.07.7 stable to. Upload speed working as expected.
Working fine on 19.07.3 

OpenWrt Version 19.07.7 / Trunk

 - Steps to reproduce

install last trunk or 19.07.7 problem occurs, going back to 19.07.3 solves the problem
