I'm trying to install luci packages to OpenWRT 19.07 on a Rapsi 3. It seems that under 

https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.6/packages/arm_cortex-a7_neon-vfpv4/luci/

many luci-app Packages are missing, e.g. luci-app-wireguard and many others. The packages are however listed in https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.6/packages/arm_cortex-a7_neon-vfpv4/luci/Packages.

Other architectures seem to have the packages included.

Steps to reproduce:
# opkg list | grep luci-app-wireguard
luci-app-wireguard - git-21.041.07141-8674e2a-1 - WireGuard Status
