[FS#3740] MT7688 wireless signal disappears under heavy load

Steps:

1. install the firmware
2. modify /etc/config/wireless

config wifi-device 'radio0'
	option type 'mac80211'
	option channel '11'
	option hwmode '11g'
	option path 'platform/10300000.wmac'
	option htmode 'HT40'
	option disabled '0'
	option noscan '1'

config wifi-iface 'default_radio0'
	option device 'radio0'
	option network 'lan'
	option mode 'ap'
	option ssid 'OpenWrt'
	option encryption 'none'


3. restart network
4. PC connect GL-MT300N-V2's wifi
5. [Another Openwrt Router, with 'iperf3 -s'][LAN]--------[WAN][GL-MT300N-V2][WIFI]--------[PC, with 'iperf3 -c -R']
6. Within 1 minutes, wifi signal disappears
7. no error appears in logread
