Details - Stubby package is now unavailable from 19.07.x for ar71xx through mips_24kc packages.

I also noticed that this is coherent with the faillog:

A fix for this would be really helpful.  My update plans sort of failed with this key missing package for DNS, TLS & DNSSEC.

As a workaround for now would another arch package such as mipsel_24kc be compatible?
