When trying to install the package luci-openssl to enable encrypted access to luci, the installation procedure fails when wget reports an error code 8. Opening the package repository (https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.5/packages/arm_cortex-a15_neon-vfpv4/luci/) in a web browser and comparing the actual content of the repo to the content list (https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.5/packages/arm_cortex-a15_neon-vfpv4/luci/Packages) reveals that most packages supposed to sit in that repo are actually missing. Attached below you find the commands & output to reproduce the problem.
