paying hosting with OpenWrt funds

Hi,

I wanted to get more of our hosting payed with our OpenWrt project 
funds, but never got it fully over the finish line. I will not follow up 
on this topic. If you want this, please take over this topic.

I will try to get the voting problem fixed and then try to reduce my 
involvement in OpenWrt project administration.

The other admin task is to get OpenWrt 23.05.6 released.
