New OpenWrt Mirror of Lanzhou University

[兰州大学开源社区 LZUOSS]

We are the Lanzhou University Open Source Society, an association with
students who are passionate about open-source software.
Recently we set up a mirror of OpenWrt and hope it can be published on
the official website.
HTTP: http://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/openwrt/
HTTPS: https://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/openwrt/
It doesn't support FTP and RSYNC.
We mirrored everything, even including development snapshots.
There are many users of OpenWrt in our school and wish the mirror can
improve user experience.
