Option C.
A "terms of service" will never be enough to silent every complaint
against us on poor quality works and possible frauds happening.
It's impossible to guarantee that no single bad person can sneak
onto that job board and I really don't want to see openwrt being
tagged as "irresponsible" one day just for that.
(We should have learnt how those news media behave now from
the previous opkg bug coverage.)
