[Vote] Release OpenWrt 21.02.0 ASAP

As a favor, I ask you to vote on this proposal (reply to this email, mark your preference below). 

Even though we may all be wildly-supportive of Hauke's decision to tag it tomorrow (1 Sep 2021), I want to see how much of a hassle it is to "run an OpenWrt vote."
