If I understand it right, the project rules currently couples
committing rights and voting rights together.  If it really matters to
the project management, we need to change the rules to also
accommodate forum moderators, feeds admins, doc team members etc.
That can be another complex task.

And I am for using current LEDE's numbering scheme without codenames.
While it's interesting as an extra bonus to find a recipe for drinks
in the login banner, I am never good at nomenclator and have a poor
taste for drinks ;)
