Final Call for Comments: Switch main web site to the wiki

@jow, can you make the appropriate changes please if you have time ? my
understanding is that this is essentially a change to the dns. i can
help strip th current page down on monday such that it only has the
project related stuff on it and we can then put it on a sub domain


thanks to the wiki/site/doc team for the work that they have invested  !
