[LEDE-ADM] Repo finalized

Hi all,

I finalized the repository at https://git.lede-project.org/source.git
now, means I did a final rebase on top of OpenWrt trunk, adjusted the
reboot tag to point to former SVN revision 49258 and disabled force
pushes as well as deletions.

>From now on, only ordinary fast-forward pushes are allowed. This is
mainly to avoid accidental deletions or other destructive repository
operations.
